If you are missing email correspondence from Aarcade, please review the following before contacting Aarcade Support:
Check your address
All correspondence will be sent to the email address you entered during your order or enquiry process. Make sure that you are monitoring the correct email address for Aarcade’s correspondence.
Search your email account
Use your email application or webmail search tool to search for the missing email correspondence, using the search term Aarcade or email@example.com
Check your local spam or junk folder
Check your spam or junk folder in case the correspondence has been mistakenly marked as spam. This folder is typically found in the Mailboxes or Folders panel of your email application.
Check your remote spam or junk folder
Many email services have a remote spam or junk folder that can often be overlooked. If you have multiple folders towards the bottom of the Mailboxes or Folders panel of your email application, look through those tied to the relevant email account for junk, spam or trash folders and check there for your email correspondence.
If you do not see additional folders as described above, log in to your webmail interface, and expand all folders there to locate additional junk, spam or trash folders and check there for your email correspondence. For example, in a Gmail account click the More drop down in the sidebar controls and select the Spam folder.
Check your email filters
Navigate to the settings / options area of your email application or webmail and make sure that you do not have any email filters enabled that may automatically file or delete messages before you get to read them.
Check your email services
Make sure that you do not have a challenge-response spam service - like Spam Arrest, SpamBlock, etc. - enabled. These services will prevent a significant amount of legitimate email from reaching you, including automated emails, like your Aarcade order delivery, and notices from Big Cartel, PayPal, Stripe and other important services related to your shop and business.
Still missing your correspondence?
If you have checked ALL of the above items and can not find your order correspondence, you will need to whitelist firstname.lastname@example.org (contact your email provider or Google for information on how to do this) and then contact Aarcade support to request that your correspondence be resent.
When contacting Aarcade regarding an order, always quote your order ID.
