All order correspondence is sent to the email address you entered during check out. This correspondence is always sent within one business day of a completed payment. If you have not received your order within this schedule, refer to the following sections of this article.
Payment with PayPal eCheck
If your order was paid with a PayPal eCheck, be aware that it may take 4 to 9 working days to clear your payment (depending upon your location) and a further 2 to 3 business days for Aarcade to then process your order. We have no control over this delay.
When the funds leave your bank, this does not mean that your eCheck is cleared. This is just the first step in the transfer of funds via PayPal and it may take a further 2 to 4 working days for the funds to be delivered to our account.

Checking order status
At the completion of your order process you were prompted to save your unique order ID. Entering this ID at our order lookup tool will display your order receipt, including status and history.
The status PAID & DELIVERED indicates that your order email has been sent out, in which case refer to the next section.
If your order status is not PAID & DELIVERED then it has not been sent out, and the status and history on your order receipt should indicate why. If you believe there is an error with your order, please contact Aarcade.
Checking email accounts
If you have not received your order email within the schedules detailed in the above sections of this article, it has either been filtered as spam somewhere along the delivery path or it has been sent to an email address other than the one(s) you are monitoring.
