Once we have released a digital product, it is impossible to ensure its return to us and its cease-of-use by the customer. By refunding or swapping out digital products, a system is created that would allow a customer to acquire one or more products for free or less than retail price.
For this reason, we can not refund, swap or provide a discounted exchange for any purchases.
This policy is standard, and commonly understood, for all digital product providers (e.g. the purchase of applications, music or video from Apple, Amazon, etc.).
In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.
It is your responsibility to review all previews and details of a digital product before purchase, as the purchase is final and non-refundable.
